A Note from Hickey Freeman on Hurricane Sandy

Our hearts go out to everyone affected by the hurricane. We are thinking of all our customers in the area during this difficult time.

Hickey Freeman president Mike Cohen, who lives on the New Jersey shore, saw firsthand the destruction caused by Hurricane Sandy.

He volunteered to help members of his community clean up the debris on lawns and clear out homes so they could be restored on both Saturday and Sunday.

“Fourteen windows for fourteen years” — that’s how our VP of Creative Services, Tom Beebe, describes his work at Paul Stuart when he served as their creative director, decorating the NYC store’s 14 window displays each season.

Beebe returned to the store last week, along with others of the Hickey Freeman team, for the Paul Stuart Mad for Plaid party. The party celebrated 6 window displays created by editors and bloggers, including Nick Sullivan of Esquire. Continue reading →

Inside Edition: Streets of Georgetown’s Grant Harris

Along with working at our Streets of Georgetown store, Grant Harris is Owner and Chief Style Consultant at Image Granted, LLC, a Washington DC based image consulting company. He paid us a visit to the Hickey Freeman headquarters in NYC last week, where we learned about the unique challenges of dressing the men of Capitol Hill.
